Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return:

• Items in original, unworn condition
• Items with original tags attached
• Items in original packaging
• Items purchased within the last 30 days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Worn or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Personalized or custom-made items

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@kyndrathreads.com with your order number
2. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Pack your items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship the package to the address provided

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
